Mark R. LaBonde, MDiv, DMin
Mark joined CAREWorks as a consultant in 2007. Mark has an
extensive educational background consisting of a BA in Psychology,
Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry. Most of his career is focused on
Employee Benefit Programs, helping corporations and their employees effectively
utilize their mental wellness benefits. Mark uses his background in the corporate
world, combined with his counseling experience and education, to assist
employees with work/life issues and concerns that can cause unbalance in their
lives, with the goal of increasing employee morale and reducing stress.
Julie Dobson, MA, LMFT
Julie joined the CAREWorks team in April 2019. She is trained in
Relationship Enhancement, which has shaped her style of empathy to
connect with people. She has provided counseling to adults, couples,
families, adolescents and children. Julie holds a master’s degree in
Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Specialized Ministries. She is licensed in
Kentucky as a Marriage and Family Therapist and is certified in Relationship
Enhancement Program Presentation, Child-Centered Play Therapy and Filial Therapy.
She also works as a patient advocate for Avenues for Women in Frankfort, KY.
Paul Dalton, MS, LPCC, LCADC-Practice Owner
Paul started Lexington Counseling and Psychiatry (also known as The
Offices of Paul Dalton) over 15 years ago. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health
counseling, an Undergraduate degree in Psychology, and is a Licensed Clinical
Alcohol and Drug Counselor. The Offices of Paul Dalton is a large multi-specialty
behavioral health practice that includes Licensed Counselors, Social Workers, and
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with locations in Lexington, Richmond, and Frankfort.
The group works with all ages and provides Psychiatric Assessment and Medication
Management, Family Therapy, Marriage Counseling, and Specialized Mental Health and
Substance Abuse Assessments.
