Time Off
Taking time off from work is not a luxury. It’s a necessity. We encourage all of our team
members to rest, renew and recharge outside of the office. This is not only an important
part of maintaining work/life balance, it’s proven to enhance performance and brain function.
2021 Holiday Schedule
Holiday pay for all classifications is issued on a calendar year basis and is never earned or vested.
The number of holiday hours you have is based on your team member classification.
Full-time Office and Field Professional team members (Classification 1-3) have 7 holidays per year.
For part-time team members, holiday hours will be prorated accordingly based on hours worked.
If employment status changes from full to part-time at any point during the calendar year, the
remaining hours will be prorated for the balance of the year.
New Year’s Day - Friday, January 1
Memorial Day - Monday, May 31
Independence Day - Monday, July 5 (observed)
Labor Day - Monday, September 6
Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 25
Christmas - Friday, December 24 and Monday, December 27
* One optional holiday is available and may be taken as a paid vacation day for anyone
who wishes to observe another religious or political holiday.
