Introduction

Jamaica Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT) is an electronic platform that provides a single point for
submission of data. It facilitates the transmission of standardized information in order to fulfil all import
and export regulatory requirements.

To access JSWIFT, the user will be required have a reliable internet connection and web browser (eg.
Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari).

This user document will provide a guide to the user/applicant on how to register and log into the
Jamaica Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT). This initial process is critical for the user to apply for all
Licence, Permit, Certificate and any other Trade related documents (LPCO) available in JSWIFT.
