6.2 Academic System

6.2.1 Course Registration

Online course registration can be done through online. Every student will
have a supervisor. Student and the student's supervisor are responsible

for finalizing the academic registration in an arranged period and within

the time frame stipulated by the University’s academic calendar. This
means that students required to be in constant interaction with their

supervisor’s during the course. Students can, therefore, begin their
academic year by ensuring that their transactions are carried out

appropriately. You are obliged to complete your registration within the

registration period. Registration that not happens following allocated
enrollment period will be late registration and enrollment fine is going to

calculated as $ 20 for each day.

6.2.2 Student Portal

Student Portal is an online system, wherever students can make online
course registration, check their timetable, access their grades, view

transcript, announcements and reach more information. All students

should access the student portal for academic and administrative services.
Log-in is simple only by the student number and password.
