3 COMPARATIVES & SUPERLATIVES
Igualmente, cuando utilizamos un superlativo debemos usar la
partícula ‘the’. Observa los ejemplos:
Peter is the tallest in the class.
My house is the biggest in the city.
The tiger is the most dangerous animal in the zoo.
No debemos olvidar que hay una serie de adjetivos que forman el
comparativo de forma irregular, es decir que no cumplen la norma
anterior. Algunos de estos adjetivos son:
Good: (comparative) better (superlative) best
Bad (comparative) worse (superlative) worst
Far (comparative) farther (superlative) farthest
