The Jeffreys Bay office operates on a four (4) week work cycle that allows for one “off Friday”
at the end of the fourth week.

1. Weeks 1-3: Total hours of work - 42.5 per week

1.1 Within the flexi-time framework, employees are obliged to provide the Company with
an average of 8.5 hurs of work per day, Monday to Friday.
1.2 The core office hours at Jeffreys Bay office during weeks 1 to 3 are from 08h30 to
15h45.
1.3 Employees are allowed to start work between 06h30 and 08h30 and to end work
between 15h45and 17h45

2. Week 4: Total hours of work - 32.5 per week

2.1 Within the flexi-time framework, employees are obliged to provide the Company with
an average of 8.5 hurs of work per day, on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday and 7 hours
of work on Thursday.
2.2 The core office hours at Jeffreys Bay office during week 4 are from Monday to
Wednesday - 08h30 to 15h45., and from 08h30 to 14h15 on Thursday.
2.3 Employees are allowed to start work between 06h30 and 08h30 and to end work
between 15h45and 17h45

3. Lunch break is daily between 12h00 and 12h45 and is not included in the working
hours stipulated above.
4. Work hours also excludes time spent on breakfast breaks, tea breaks and smoke
