Acknowledgements

The sub-commi�ee ini�ally charged with driving this project was John Hungerford (Chairman), Michael Keats, Bob Taffel and Roy Jamieson. They
determined the scope of the project and sought quotes from Printers and Distribu�on companies. Barry Hanlon had kindly agreed to layout the
content of the book – at no charge. Unfortunately the expected cost of giving a printed book to every member was considered too expensive – so
the prin�ng op�on was discarded.

But all was not lost as each Leader had wri�en a brief account of their ac�vity and submi�ed a few pictures for their Walk Report. Jacqui Hickson
then collated those 80 Reports and made them available in the Gallery on the Bush Club website.

Then Colleen Loudon created a one page presenta�on of each - with descrip�on and some of the pictures.

These were then added to the Gallery.

Each ac�vity was then printed and laminated then displayed at the Bush Club’s 80th Birthday Celebra�on held at Commandment Rock picnic area
in Lane Cove Na�onal Park on Saturday 12th October 2019.

Thanks go to Allison Boyle and Julie Rea for organising that func�on.

The most deserving accolades belong to the club walk leaders, those who designed, planned and executed the walks.

Behind the scenes the club commi�ee is to be lauded for recognising the project as an important milestone and record of The Bush Club.

Some�me later club member Bernie Hunt, of his own accord, created an on-line flip-book of these walks.

The content on hand from the earlier project was made available and included. That had been the basis for this printed version.
