Welcome Stacy Furse to the Christophe Harbour family. Stacy

joined our sales team in early March and will be relocating to
St. Kitts once the island is opened back up. Stacy comes to us
from Atlanta, Georgia, where she was an active real estate
agent in the north Atlanta suburbs around Alpharetta, Milton
and Roswell.

She is well-versed in new home construction and
development. In fact, while handling on-site real estate sales
responsibilities for one of the premier developer/builders,
Stacy's community, Crabapple Brook, was recognized two
years running for the largest volume and highest gross sales.

We are looking forward to having Stacy on the team!

Our Christophe Harbour real estate team is sending sun-filled greetings from St. Kitts and Atlanta! Christine Pirkle
remains in St. Kitts and Stacy Furse is managing her book of prospects remotely from the States. Just in the past
few weeks, we have been able to return to our sales gallery in Marina Village. The manner in which we are now
working remotely has proven to be a smooth transition. Despite working outside of the office much of the time, we
remain committed to being of service to not only our Members, but those who are inquiring about purchasing real
estate in Christophe Harbour.

We know that many people continue working from home even as “shelter-in-place” orders are being relaxed
around the world. Your sales team continues to support these important measures by providing new ways to
communicate, tour property and generally keep prospective clients up to date. We also appreciate that some
clients are in the midst of important property transactions and prefer face-to-face discussions should they happen
to be on the island. Our sales team is continuing to practice social distancing should there be a request for an in-
person meeting. To that end, we have also adopted the following measures for those inquiring about Christophe
Harbour from far away:

• Conducting property tours via video chat
• Sharing videos and photos of properties for sale
• Corresponding by phone and email
• Processing sales presentations electronically
