R & D

We keep pace with the rapid advancements in technology to satisfy our
demanding customers. Our R&D cell is consistently and constantly involved in
making innovative improvements in our present products as well as developing
new ones. Hence we keep our products tested as per latest BS, IEC & IS standards
from various internationally recognized testing laboratories like DEKRA/KEMA
Holland, ASTA- UK, KERI KOREA and CPRI, India.
THE WORKS

The factory is equipped with modern CNC press turrets from Murato & press
brakes from Amada to ensure finest quality of fabrication. Modern paint shop with
complete pre-treatment & specialized electrostatic powder coating facilities helps
in imparting aesthetic look to our product with high quality finish.
We have state of the art injection moulding machines from Desma-Germany &
compression moulding machines for moulding of silicone rubber range of products.
Our press shop is equipped with hydraulic machinery from 10 to 80 tons for various
operations. With most sophisticated plant, machinery, infrastructure, Asiatic is posed
to achieving new benchmarks in achieving ultimate customer satisfaction.
