 • ROLE-PLAY ACTIVITIES:
 (i) Develop your own Vehicle Pre-Delivery checklist. Crosscheck with your Management and colleagues in the sales team to ensure it is comprehensive and covers all requirements.
(ii) Have the checklist typed, copies made and kept in your briefcase and personal work desk.
Review it for effectiveness regularly.
