ROLE-PLAY ACTIVITIES:

(ii) List the short-term goals required to achieve the long-term goal. Write them down and refer to them regularly to review progress.
(iii) Establish 9*&2 goals. Quantitative (units/profit, etc.) and Qualitative (C.S.I., team motivation functions, etc.) Handle in a manner similar to the above.
