ENTHUSIASM sells cars.

– Excitement is contagious. Remember, your customer is buying a new car and wants to feel positive about their purchase and the overall buying experience. Treat every customer as you would wish to be treated yourself.

(i) Discuss these five key tips and reconfirm their importance by summarising them in note form in your training manual.
