Raising Awareness & Funds to Support Great Causes
A BBQ held at the San in October 2019 for the 10,000 Toes Campaign raised close to $2,500, the equivalent of supplying 24 diabetic screening kits to remote villages in the Pacific, further assisting to combat Type 2 Diabetes and other non-communicable diseases in the South Pacific islands
San Volunteers wore pink and raised awareness of breast and gynaecological cancers as they raised funds ‘Pink lady silhouettes’ for Pink Ribbon Day
Poppies knitted by San Volunteers were displayed on the front lawn of the Hospital and around the Healing Garden near the Cancer Centre in celebration of Remembrance Day on Monday 11th November, a poignant reminder of the sacrifice of the original ANZAC’s and the generations of service men and women who have served in war
AHCL celebrated our 600 male employees on International Men’s Day and the valuable contribution they make across their many roles at AHCL
