Rosie goes above and beyond to meet the client needs amid changing processes and

expectations. She has taken the initiative to become partners with her Supervisor

counterparts at BJC. She communicates daily with them offering input and suggestions to

improve processes and reach DNFC goals. She understands the root of what drives BJC

decisions and has established trust and respect with BJC leaders as well as himagine

leaders. This allows her to anticipate and work closely with me on planning for the future.
