Nomination Reason from Gina:

Anytime I or my managers have issues with our himagine computers or other IT issues and the issue is assigned to Nick, he is very quick to get to the issue,
very courteous, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. He is a pleasure to work with.

Nomination Reason from Ann:

I have had computer issues and Nick always stops, drops and rolls for me. He is a calming affect especially for some us that are not IT savvy. Being remote
you sometimes feel helpless and frustrated but he always helps me or escalates for me. He has excellent follow up too.

Nomination Reason from Edith:

I had two weeks where the Citrix Desktop Player would just disappear from my computer. This of course would prevent me from working. Each time this
happened Nick, no matter how busy he was, would take the time to work with me to get this working again. Which meant he had to uninstall the program
and reinstall it each and every time which took 4 to 6 hours by the time the program reinstalled. Nick never once gave up in finding an answer as to why
this kept happening. When he could not determine why the program kept disappearing he went out of his way to get a himagine laptop set up for me and
had it sent overnight so that I would be able to get back to work. I can always count on Nick if I have a problem. If I submit a jitbit and do not get a reply I
know that Nick will answer my email. He is a dedicated employee who knows how important it is for the workflow to not be interrupted. Because of his
trouble shooting and results driven attitude I am now able to work without any issues. This has made the amount of time it takes me to log in to decrease
significantly as well as making my time more productive. Thank you Nick!!
