Nomination Reason from Angelena:

I have worked with TJ being my supervisor for 4 months now. She continues to impress me with the way that she communicates with the coders on the
project. She is very hands on and checks in with everyone on a regular basis. She always brings back feedback, whether good or bad, from the client back
to us so that we know where we are thriving and what areas need improvement. I feel confident that I can approach her for any reason and trust that she
is always looking for ways to help and improve our team.

Nomination Reason from Casandra:

Maintains positive working relationship with client, educating providers onsite and relaying meeting minutes with the remote coders on the project.
Promotes a good balance between keeping her staff on top of production and quality, as well as, providing positive feedback to the remote coders when
deserved. Keeps an open line of communication and is very hands on, acting as a great resource for education and is always willing to have an open
discussion on coding "grey areas“

Nomination Reason from Brad:

TJ has been such a huge asset with our newer full-outsource client Columbia. She replaced an ineffective manager as a new himagine manager and did
not wait to understand the clients needs and fix our program to match them. On a recent call the client said they considered switching away from
himagine but TJ and her efforts saved us. The client is so happy now they have agreed to be a referral source. TJ has made an amzing impact with the

providers at Columbia who were starving for more feedback. TJ also has been helping with introductions to potential clients and consultants for himagine
in the NW. TJ has an amazing career with himagine ahead of her!
