While himagine had a slight miss on revenue compared to plan, and was essentially flat with prior year, we exceeded
profit for the quarter and should remain ahead of plan profit for the first half of the year. We are off to a good start!

Meanwhile, we continue to make great progress on the work with PwC as shared services function is developed we and

ready for the Pilot on June 4 . All shared services positions are filled and are poised to provide a high level of support for

our HIM managers. The go-live is slated for July 1 . Special thanks to all of the HIM mangers who have been creating
playbooks and interview guides.

On April 6-8, we had the great pleasure of celebrating the success of Larissa Bennet, Laura Olszekski, Crystal Guthrie,

Linda Geyer, April Guzman, Kerry Ducey, Brad Justus, Leslie Hodz ,Mike Taylor, and Sam Hasse as the 2018 PIP winners. It
was a privilege to celebrate their success and we all had a great time in Nashville.

I look forward to recognizing the 2019 nominees who went above and beyond to ensure our clients and co-workers
received the highest level of service.
