                                                       The Slaves - Black people taken mainly from Africa
                                                       to North America, to do mass amounts of work for no
                                                       wage. They had no rights and after the Noir Code
                                                       was established in 1685, they were considered to be
                                                       property of their masters and were given just the
                                                       bare necessities by their masters to survive.
