Mary is an outstanding communicator. She gets people
excited about Quest. Her responsibilities include community
and nationwide contacts that will benefit our clientele.
Advertising and outreach to home school and traditional
schools is a part of this area. Thus far in 2017, many activities
have been completed. They include promoting Back to School
Night, contacting Tucson Meet Yourself to establish a
relationship for further Quest exposure, advertising Quest classes through Facebook, making
contact with the UA Book Festival establishing a booth at Comic con 2017, recruiting vendors for
the Quest Christmas Market, advertising Fall Gala through various modalities including flyers,
radio, and free print publications, acquiring silent auction donations, acquiring Fall Gala
sponsorships, applying to Marana Holiday Festival and facilitating a partnership with 4Tucson.
POSITION EST. July 2016
Erin is an expert in organizing details to make events run
smoothly. She works together with the hospitality team to
provide polished and well produced events that reflect the
excellence of Quest for Education and Arts. This position is
responsible for organization and execution of back to school
night, fall gala, winter formal, science fair, honor society
induction, baccalaureate, and every other year, the creation
celebration community ministry. Organization, food, and the
coordination of hospitality has been immensely successful.
