                 Losers  from  the  last  election  become  high-ranking

            officials, one serving as the premier, another one as vice

            premier, Lin Chia-lung as Minister of Transportation
            and Communications, and Lee Chin-yung as

            chairman of the Central Election Commission.

            They are so appointed by the Green camp to win
            the elections for mayors and magistrates.

            The shameful DPP should step down
            to apologize to the public.
