Michelin Star Chef Andre Rochat
as
Chef de Cuisine
Bill Paulos, President of the Board of Directors stated in Las Vegas Golf & Leisure Magazine “For 2019, we’re focused on two
main areas of the club”, “First is the dining. With that, I’m proud to say that we’ve hired Andre Rochat as Chef de Cuisine for
the club.”
Many in Las Vegas know Chef Andre from his three restaurants including Alize, which was at the Palms Casino for over 18
years. �I�m not aware of another private country club in the country that has a Michelin star chef on staff,� Paulos adds.
If you haven’t tried the new Fine Dining Menu, we encourage you to do so. Shown below are a few samples from our
wonderful menu. Cakes are available by special order from our fabulous Pastry Chef Tammy, who has worked with Andre for
years. The Club is fortunate to employ some of his most valuable Front-of-House and Back-of-House employees. Bon Appetit!
