Well-known in Mexico, Bossuet is taking on
the role of being a self-appointed cultural
ambassador for authentic Mexican cuisine in
the Rogue Valley and beyond. "Gastronomy is
a tool to make known what we are by word of
mouth, a people full of culture and a color like
there is no other place," he says. His passion
is to share his talent, techniques, and love for
authentic Mexican cuisine in the kitchen and
on his YouTube channel.
As Chef Bossuet continues to revamp the
menu at Miguel’s, it’s all about keeping the
dishes authentic and adding flavor by using
fresh, locally sourced produce and ingredients
whenever possible. He also insists upon using
only Angus beef, no lard, and creating all glu-
ten free sauces.

Rellenos, Miguel's Burrito, Molcajetes of
Meats, Seafood Chimichangas, and Enchiladas
de Mole. Bossuet’s favorite menu item is
the Carnitas Platter, while some of Miguel’s
favorite menu items include Chile Rellenos,
Pollo Vallarta, Miguel's Camarones, and
Miguel's Burrito.
We asked Miguel if there is anything special
he’d like to share with our readers. “Stop by
and try one of the Best Margarita's in Southern
Oregon!” he says.
Each location is open Monday through Sunday
from 12 - 9 p.m., with the exception of 4th
Avenue Sports Bar, where the bar in Gold
Hill stays open till 11 pm. More information,
