I
am constantly observing my surroundings and conceiving images
that will convey the essence of people, a place, or a topic, want-
ing each image to tell a story. The use of exposure techniques and
careful composition allow me to capture and express that essence.
Digital darkroom techniques are used to further enhance my vision.
Each image has an idea behind it. As I create collages and photographic
collections, my wish is that each viewer might experience a moment in
time, a particular emotion, or perhaps envision a place they long to be
or remember dearly. Then I will have fulfilled my goal to create beauty,
evoke emotion, and tell a story.
