Melissa considered skipping her
annual checkup. It’s a good thing she
changed her mind.
Her doctor, Rachael Orozco, MD, with Asante Physician
Partners, found a lump in Melissa’s throat that wasn’t there
last year. It turns out it was thyroid cancer.
After treatment at Asante, Melissa’s scans are clear and
she’s in remission.
Melissa's advice? “Get a primary care provider and see them
on a regular basis because, honestly, my doctor saved my life.”
