Welcome to our inaugural edition of ELM, Pinnacle Sotheby’s International Realty’s
resident publication featuring exceptional Equestrian, Lake, and Mountain properties for
sale and for rent. th
This year we celebrate our 26 year of offering real estate services in our local
HARMONIOUS market. After a long career with Fairfield Communities, we opened our own company
in 1991 called Premier Properties. When Sotheby’s International Realty invited us to join
this prestigious luxury brand in 2006, we had no idea that an economic decline was just
around the corner. We are blessed to have perservered all those years and equally
blessed to be witness to a new economic resurgence in our area.

Opportunities abound.
Based on our history in this market, our knowledge of every aspect of real estate, our work
in local government and planning, our experience and knowledge of managing real estate
as an investment, and our dedication to our community, we believe we are best served in
advising our buyers and sellers to help form not only an entry and maintenance strategy,
but also an exit strategy when life presents the unexpected.
