II. Community Profile
Ashville Park is a master-planned residential community with 566 single-family homes planned on approximately 520 acres. The community’s architectural standards are designed to create a community of grace and enduring value. Plans call for five individual villages: Wilshire and Ranier (both under development), as well as Grandview, Atherton and Cannondale.
The community plan includes more than 290 acres of open space, including 15 lakes and a forest preserve. Multi-purpose trails and tree-sheltered walkways meander throughout the community. At the heart of the community is The Lake House which hosts the community clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground, basketball court and dog park.
