PROVENANCE…

The Park Tower was designed by renowned architect Lucien Lagrange, developed by LR Development and
was completed in 2000. This architecturally significant building gives a distinctive Parisian character to the
heart of the city. The building is clad in cream colored limestone at the base. The gentle curve of the
Terraces soften the corners of the tower and the French inspired railings give a rich embellishment to the
building. The building narrows at the 17th floor in a structurally sophisticated manner. The crowning glory
is the steep mansard roof which tops the building and houses a 300-ton damper system which prevents
building sway, one of the few such systems in the United States.

It was a hugely successful condominium development and remains today the most prestigious full amenity

THE LOBBY…

Note that the Residence Entrance is completely separate and around the corner from the entrance to the
Park Hyatt. There is convenient short term parking for your driver to wait for your arrival, dropping off
luggage or groceries (all will be delivered to your front door). There is not only a Doorman to greet you
and your guests, but there is a Receptionist who will announce your guests and coordinate any of your
needs. The Lobby itself is beautifully appointed with fresh flowers and an attractive seating area. The full
time Manager and Assistant Manager have offices just off of the Lobby. You and your guests will access
the three high speed passenger elevators which will whisk you directly to the 46th floor.
