MET THE TARGETS
DTI attained its targets on the following strategic measures:
Completed 36 and drafted 6 Consistently enjoyed high Stakeholder

prevailing prices in NCR 83 percent target. Net Positive Peer Rating
also registered a positive 97%
In terms of resources, the Department generated PhP 4.4 billion of additional funding
support from external sources, which is PhP 0.4 billion higher compared to the PhP 4 billion
target for the year. Budget Utilization Rate of 91 percent also exceeded the 86 percent target.
Overall, based on its Performance Governance System (PGS) scorecard,
the Department of Trade and Industry achieved a “Satisfactory” rating,
having passed 16 measures out of the 21 valid measures in the 2016 DTI
Enterprise Scorecard under the Prosperity Plan 2012-2016.
