for the first 1-10 applications, as approved by the Payer.

If the patient doesn’t recover or is a chronic non-healer,

and the Payer elects to not reimburse for additional

applications of Membrane Wrap™ , pivot to MyOwn Skin™

• Biolab will conduct Pre-Authorizations for the

Provider/Practice for MyOwn Skin™

• MyOwn Skin™ requires only one application 80% of the

time, including chronic non-healers and diabetic patients

• MyOwn Skin™ will help the Patient recover, allow the

Practice to re-allocate precious appointment times, and

is favorable to the Payer!
