BANANA
PROGOS
Servings: 2
In a food processor, blend: 1/2 cup
of almond flour, 2 scoops of vanilla
whey protein powder & add a bit of
almond milk until batter begins to
stick together. Cut a ripe banana in
half and coat the banana with the
batter. Roll in sliced walnuts and
stevia. Bake at 350 for 6 mins. 135
Place a stick in each progo and dip
in melted dark chocolate.
