PEANUT BUTTER


      COOKIE DOUGH




      BARS





                     Servings: 3



      Directions: In a food processor, blend together the
      following ingredients:
      First layer: 2 scoops protein powder, 6 tbsps almond
      flour, 4 tbsps peanut flour, 2 tbsps peanut butter, 3
      tbsps golden monk fruit extract (lakanto), slowly add

      almond milk until the batter starts to form together.
      Form batter into squares & Add walnuts on top
      Second layer: spread peanut butter on top of first
      layer


      Third layer: blend together: 1 scoop vanilla protein
      powder, 4 tbsps coconut flour, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2
      tbsps monk fruit extract. Slowly add almond milk
      when blending, until you get a fluffy texture.
      Stir in dark chocolate or cacao nibs and place third                                                                           161
      layer on top of the peanut butter. Press down flat and
      sprinkle with golden monk fruit extract! Leave in the
      fridge for about 20 minutes. Makes 3 small bars.
