Extra Lean Pizza


                                                                  Pockets









                                             Cook 200g of extra lean ground beef in marinara sauce and set
                                                                   aside. Make coating.


                                             In a bowl, stir together: 1/2 cup of coconut flour, 3 whole eggs,
                                             3/4 cup of shredded skim milk cheese & 1 tsp of sea salt. Slowly
                                                    add water until the batter begins to stick together.


                                              Take 100g of meat and enclose meat with the batter (pressing
                                             flat down to keep it sticking well together). Then, place 1 tbsp of
                                             olive oil on each pizza pocket. Place them in the oven at 350 for
                                                              10 mins. Let cool before serving                                             70
