Dear Director Biljana Markovic Stamenova,

In November 2018, I was one of the KLA students that attended the Macedonia2025

Summit. It was a great opportunity for me as a student to go out of my country and

learn more about problems of the other countries and meet some people that want to
change their country.

Thank you for your generosity and letting us be part of the Macedonia2025 Summit. In
this letter I want to share with you some thoughts regarding the impact that the

summit had on me.

First, I really liked the idea of bringing to Macedonia different people of different

positions, from different countries and who then share from different personal

experiences. In this way they work together to come up with new ideas of how to
change Macedonia.

The second emphasis that impacted me was that this meeting wasn’t just about how to
change Macedonia, but it was how to change yourself too. Different leaders came to

the summit and talked about character and how to become leaders. They had
experienced different lessons throughout their lives and shared these with the

attendees. The person who talked about leadership really impacted me. To become a
successful leader, we should know that failure is the “closest friend” of success.
