Second, I was glad that the summit also had speakers that talked about inner peace,
motivation and meditation. I understood that when you want to be a leader or a
successful businessman you also need to know how to take care of yourself.
Everything starts from within you, and if you want to lead someone, first you need
to learn how to lead yourself. I liked the speech that Dragana Ognenovska gave. She
explained how we as people need to meditate one hour per day, because it helps us
concentrate more and understand what we want for that day. I also loved the speech
that Kevin Murnane gave. He talked about inner peace and how we should talk to
ourselves more, we should not think about the negative things and we should let
positive thoughts run our mind. As a future leader I am very thankful that I had the
opportunity to listen and enjoy those two speeches because they helped me
understand how I first need to have a growth of mind and that everything starts
from my own personal mindset.
Third, I enjoyed this summit to the fullest. I became really motivated and
encouraged by everyone. They helped me understand how passionate I am about
making a change in my country and in people's lives. I got the chance and I was
privileged to talk in person with some speakers such as Kevin Murnane, Dragana
Ognenovska and Scott Resnick. I introduced the school and myself to them, I asked
them some questions and they didn’t hesitate to answer. They explained how we are
the future and how we should continue dreaming and working hard. Everyone
there motivated me and made me think and believe that it doesn’t matter what age
you are, you can make a change.
Thank you again Director Biljana. We believe our country can change. Thank you
for setting an example and for giving hope. The opportunity that you gave to us
had a positive impact. I hope one day we will be successful leaders, and we will
have a seat in the summit, reminding ourselves that the motivation of success
started from there.
Sincerely,
Syarta Istrefi
