    Happy summer everyone! Welcome back to those of you who winter

    elsewhere. Here is a bit of an update from the back of the house.




    New ovens are slated to go in sometime in the next couple of weeks and we

    added another hot line to assist with Banquets. Much of the equipment here is

    aging out and we are replacing and constantly making improvements to

    speed operations.




    As most realize, labor remains extremely competitive in the valley (and all over,

    really) so I ask for patience, when needed.



    The month of May saw new menu items go into place and I've tried to address

    many of your requests and concerns. The daily special sheet remains an outlet


    for creativity. I do appreciate your feedback and try to be responsive when it

    makes sense but as anyone familiar with F&B knows, there is often more going

    on than meets the eye.
