The Beat the Pros alternate shot matches have concluded, the team of Barry Reder &
Tad Shapiro beat the pros team by the largest margin of 5&4, congrats! (results page
attached) . The field is now set for the Beat the Pros fourball matches to be played Jan
thru March, best of luck to all who have signed up to play.
I have had many questions regarding the new World Handicap System that is due to
be rolled out to the USA in January. Please be on the look out for a separate email in
regards to the new system and be aware that you will not be able to post scores from
Jan 1st thru the 6th when GHIN goes offline to prepare for the change.
At the end of January we will be sending out the golf calendar for 2020 and the
Summer Singles entries so be on the lookout for this mailing. Please feel free to drop
me a line or my door is always open if you have any thoughts for the 2020 season.
