Dear Members,
The Beat the Pros alternate shot matches have begun and I am pleased to report that
the Pro’s have not been beaten too badly…….yet! Lookout for the much anticipated
email to sign up for the Beat the Pros fourball matches to be played Jan thru March, as
in previous years this fill up very quickly.
Many of you have questions regarding the new World Handicap System that is due to
be rolled out to the USA in January, Your golf professionals will be going thru training in
the coming months and we will be in a better position to answer your questions soon.
Believe it or not the holidays are not too far away and the shop has received some
exciting new gifts for the holidays. We have Theragun percussive therapy devices,
Titleist Linksmaster golf bags, Glassware, apparel from Straight Down & Peter Millar and
new shoes from Footjoy to name a few.
On both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve we will have a 9 am shot gun start. If you
wish to play please call the shop to sign up. Please note that the club will close at 3 pm
on these days so that the staff can be with their families. The club will be closed on
Christmas Day.
Please welcome our new outside services team member Ryan Matoso.Please feel free to
drop me a line or my door is always open if you have any thoughts for the 2020 season.
