LADIES BRIDGE

MONDAYS AT THE CLUB

On Mondays from 1-4 p.m. there is a casual

bridge game in the ladies locker room with up

to three tables. The current players are very

friendly group who love the game, but not the

pressure of duplicate bridge.

Format:

4 hands then winners move. We are generally

able to play 5 rounds in the afternoon. General

conventions used are Jacoby transfer over 1NT

or Stayman. We bid weak twos and very strong

2 clubs. Of course we play all the NT bids. Once

a month, we try to get together for lunch at the

club.
