The first time she incorporated her own
culture in her work was in 2008. The main
theme was extracted from Greek mythol-
ogy, more specifically from the “Odyssey”
by Homer. She focused on the female fig-
ures in Odysseus’ life and how they af-
fected him and his decisions.
