The Property Department manages the Club’s assets across the entire life cycle, from site acquisition to building development, facilities management to decommissioning. The health and upkeep of our assets is a priority as we maintain our facilities in consideration of the environment, health and safety, as well as operational e ciency. Property also manages infrastructural maintenance including the cyclical replacement of operating systems. Led by Michael J Moir who reports directly to the Club’s CEO, the Property Department aims to advance the Club’s property sustainability initiatives.
