Our Operations
The Property Department comprises 3 sections: Development and Project Management, Facilities Management, and Asset Management. These sections collectively allocate the budgetary and managerial resources to operate the Club’s building portfolio, and individually contribute to the improvement of the quality of our services, and the e cient and cost-e ective management of our assets. We also have two special projects: the Conghua Training Centre will expand the Club’s horse training and care facilities, and the Central Police Station will provide the local community and overseas visitors an arts and leisure facility in 16 revitalised heritage buildings.
The Club’s property portfolio spans world-class racecourses, Telebet Centres, community facilities, and heritage conservation projects, we therefore remain unique in the nature and focus of our operations. The Property Department’s three sections allow us to implement building sustainability across the entire building life cycle and develop holistic approaches to address sustainability issues across the Club’s diverse portfolio.
