Building Sustainability Management
We adopt a life cycle approach to better manage our building sustainability. For example, the Property Department has investigated the environmental impact at each step of our projects to identify and prioritise 11 key sustainability areas for consistent monitoring of our sustainability performance. We also follow our Property Sustainability Framework, a continuously evolving process that provides gateway controls along our building life cycle to facilitate management decisions that take sustainability into account.
