With properties spanning Hong Kong, we recognise our tremendous potential to implement environmental solutions at our properties and contribute to sustainable development. Building on the sustainability achievements of the past reporting cycle, we continued to make great progress in 2013/14 and 2014/15. We keep pushing ourselves to lower our energy consumption and carbon emissions, and to demonstrate Property’s heightened awareness of the need to address sustainability related challenges in a more holistic manner, the Property Environmental Management Committee was renamed the Property Sustainability Committee (the “PSC”). With the ultimate goal of embedding a sustainable culture and demonstrating leadership in the industry, the PSC will coordinate e orts across the Property Department and drive continuous improvements in our operational performance. I would like to thank the members of the PSC and our colleagues for their ongoing support, and contributions to sustainability at the Property Department. I look forward to our future endeavours in this sustainability journey.
