INTRODUCTION
Since publishing our rst Property Sustainability Report in 2013, the Property Department has continued to put sustainability at the heart of its mission to provide integrated, customer-centric sustainable and cost e ective property services exceeding stakeholders’ expectations.
Led by our Property Sustainability Committee, we seek to adopt a best practice approach to sustainability in all of our property development and operating activities, working closely with our internal business partners. This is a continuous commitment to enhance the Club’s environmental performance across its very broad range of business operations and property assets.
This report shares with you the sustainability experiences and challenges of the last two years. I hope that you nd it informative and I welcome your comments or suggestions.
