A thank you from us
• A referral fee of £300* is payable on completion of each transaction referred
• Referral fees are paid for Purchases, Sales, Remortgages & Transfers of Equity
• All payments are made within 10 days of completion
• A statement showing the amount paid and identifying the client referred will be
supplied by email on a monthly basis
* Referral fees can be increased from the standard £100 included in all quotes up to a maximum
of £300 A referral fee of £600 is paid on a sale and purchase when instruction together
