Most interviews ask many questions of the same questions, so common behavioral
interview questions can help to practice for a good answer. This will ensure that you are
ready for job interviews.
2. Prepare specific examples
Another way to feel fully prepared with anecdotes is to think of examples for every
responsibility or challenge listed on the job description. Keep in mind that they don't have
to be direct examples
3. Draw from the job description
For the job description is important to describe exactly why you are a good suitable
candidate for the role.
4. Take your time answering the questions
After the question is asked, give a moment to think about the story answer before
answering. Take a breath, and take a drink of water to calm nerves before answering.
5. Be positive
Some behavioral interview questions require you to think about the mistake. Don’t
focus on it, just describe the background and how to handle the mistake.
6. Follow the STAR method
STAR techniques can help you to answer questions. STAR stands for Situation(S),
Task(T), Action (A), and Result (R).
