DESTINATION
Belfast is certainly a food destination,
many believe it is one of the top food
destinations in Ireland & the UK.
The farmers, the fishermen, producers,
butchers are never far away because
Belfast and Northern Ireland is a small
province.
It's not unusual for butchers to know
exactly the fields where the been and
lam are grazing on. Many of the
fishermen are "day boats" so they sell
what they catch that day to local
restaurants.
This hands on approach gives Northern
Ireland world class meat, fish, game,
cheese, butter etc...all for you to enjoy!
