beverages are adopted and made a part of this section by reference. A violation of
any of such provisions shall constitute a violation of this section.

(12) REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES.

(a) Procedure. Whenever the holder of any license under this section violates
        any portion of this section, proceedings for the revocation or suspension of
        such license may be instituted in the manner and under the procedure
        established by §125.12, Wis. Stats., and the provisions therein relating to
        granting a new license shall likewise be applicable.

(b) Effect of Revocation. See sub. (5)(h) of this section.

(c) Suspensions and revocations based upon accumulation of point values for
        alcohol beverage violations. (Cr. #096-18) In addition to suspensions or
        revocations issued pursuant to par. (a), the Village shall initiate proceedings

        for the revocation or suspension of any license under this section for
        accumulation of 100 or more points in a 12-month period. Points are
        accumulated upon conviction of an alcohol beverage violation according to
        the chart set forth below. In determining the number of points accumulated

        against a licensee within a 12-month period, the Village shall use the date
        each violation was committed as basis for that determination. A violation
        of a particular section by an agent or employee of a licensee shall constitute

        a violation by the licensee. Proceedings for revocation or suspension of a
        license under this section shall be conducted in accordance with §125.12,
        Wis. Stats.
