RESOLUTION BY THE PARKS, EVENT PLANNING, AND VILLAGE
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE ENDORSING THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

OF A SKATEBOARD PARK IN THE VILLAGE OF STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, the Village Board authorized a contract with American Ramp
Company for the designing of a skateboard park per Resolution 2017-72; and

WHEREAS, American Ramp Company has created conceptual design
plans for a skateboard park; and

WHEREAS, the contract with American Ramp Company includes the
preparation of a Construction Document Package once a conceptual design is
endorsed; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board would like to endorse the conceptual design
and have American Ramp Company move forward with the Construction
Document Package.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. Preparation of Construction Document Package by American
Ramp Company based on the conceptual design, as set forth in
Exhibit A, is authorized and approved.

2. Preparation of Construction is an included service in the contract
authorized in Resolution 2017-72, thus no additional costs to the
village.

3. Any request for funds will require further authorization from the
Village Board.

4. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to execute any contracts, agreements or other documents
necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 4th day of April, 2018.
