ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:
1. In the event of default by any parties, the non-defaulting parties shall have
all rights permitted by Wisconsin law.
2. The Village and DOT agree that this MOA replaces the December 4, 2014
Memorandum of Understanding Between Village of Sturtevant and the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation.
